Case 19: "vehicle park"

Two unarmed men are captured by soldiers or militiamen and taken to a location that resembles a vehicle park. The armed men wear woodland camo fatigues, some of them with sneakers. Two armed plain-clothed men join them at the end of the video. The unarmend men are beaten, kicked, flogged with a belt and trampled on.
Interesting detail: a shoulder-sleeve insignia is visible with the patch of an anchor and (possible) sergeant insignia.
