In the video below (recorded probably before 2016) several men in civilian clothing and apparently unarmed are lined up against a wall of what appears to be a damaged buildig. Several personnel in camouflage uniforms send some of the civilians away and stab the two remaining civilians to death. Then they throw chunks of rubble on them.
Who can give indications about date and location of this event and possibly identifiy the perpetrators.
