Case 16 - Torture in elevated building (?)

Several civilian appearing men are kneeling face towards a wall while being heavily kicked by armed men in woodland-camo-fatigues and also civilian men. Person in this video are quite good identificable. Two of them wear distinctive watches. Several sport some red ribbons tied to their epaulets. Maybe someone can also identify the view from outside the window.

Case 15 - Abuse by militia (split video)

A double video that merges two events in different locations. First part: a group of soldiers or militiamen (some of them wearing white sneakers) kick a kneeling unarmend man with their feet. Second part. Soldiers or militiamen abuse and mistreat bound men that are lying in the ground, possibly the roof of a building. Time and location not yet identified.
